Lou, eating breakfast gets your metabolism pumping. Russ is correct, most important meal of the day.
If you don't believe ask anyone who is scheduled to be hung at high noon.

Depends on the person. Intermittent fasting has been a huge success for me. Never really was a breakfast person. Sometimes I will eat breakfast on Saturday. Love me some bacon or biskets n gravy.
