Hey, Markus!
Good to see you!

And speaking of guys who haven't been seen in a bit, anyone heard or seen John (Gamble71)? I know he was supposed to have back surgery.

Hi Mark, missed you. I've thought about selling this place and getting a single level house, seems like I use the stairs at least a couple dozen times a day. Bathrooms are either up or down from the living room/kitchen level, sucks. I could pay this place off, but most of that would come out of tax deferred investments and I'd pay a hell of a tax on that. Maybe I'll get lucky and a tornado will carry it away, take the insurance money, sell the land to a developer for peanuts.

I'm slightly disillusioned with Linux, all the little simple utilities & programs I use to make Windows more palatable don't seem to exist in the Linux world, programs might be free, but mostly what I'd call high end stuff, way more complicated and overkill for what I want. Can't even find a simple utility for assigning text to hot keys (like inserting my address). After using Linux a while, windows seems so slow.
