The blessing here Russ is that it's too cold for some of these fine individuals to go out and create mayhem. Oh sure, we still have our shootings every day. Just not quite as many as when it's warmer.

Needless to say I am super happy with our decision to move well out of projectile range.

I wondered how much the cold weather affected lawlessness. I suppose there is a statistic that illustrates a precipitous drop in shootings that coincides with the mercury?
