She fought that issue for so long by the time she had the amputation she was just happy to be up and walking on a prosthesus. She gets around quite well now!

H-Bob. I see in another thread you asked about an 'escrow fee'. Since the misinformation is rampant in that thread I didn't bother posting there.

Real estate closings are handled by attorneys in some states and escrow companies in others. In either case simply the go between who insures each party to the transaction receives their benefit of bargain prior to the passing of title.
