Thanks Dan. Has been a while since I seen ya here. Lurked some from time to time.

New office gig is sweet. Old building but it's nice and quiet without being surrounded by inmates. It's been so long it's foreign to me. Kinda like that first grass cutting in the neighborhood when u smell it
