I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with AT&T. I am about to get on a plane to Guatemala and kill some non English speaking lady, still don't have a working phone or plan...............

Tterry, you have to be more tolerant of stupid idiotic people...that was my NewYears resolution and I've held to it for almost 24hrs!
