I recently got a new doctor. Relatively young and highly sought after in the community. A relationship I won't soon abandon. A doctor that cares is getting hard to find.
It's good to have those relationships. Everyone I knew has retired.
yep...that's my fear with my family DR. who I've been friends with for over 30 yrs. I can walk in the office and say " I think my thyroid is low, I need bloodwork" and they say " Ok, Mary's here, she'll draw it". ...Never gong to get away with that anywhere else.
MY PCP guy also runs a small cattle farm, pretty down to earth guy. Last time I was in there, I told him I thought I wood just go back to drinking and smoking. His response was that was one of my options!

Al I have an eye doctor appointment this afternoon, need some new glasses. I’m going to try the transitions lenses so I can wear them while riding. It would be nice to see the speedometer on the bike. I’m pretty sure that the cops would not accept “It didn’t feel like I was going that fast” as an excuse. Anyone with experience with those lenses?

I suppose in the right frames they might be acceptable. I didn’t care for my experience with them. They don’t get dark enough in the summer, and they don’t work inside a car.
