Mark, Sophos seems to be the most recommended anti virus for Linux. Some folks on the Linux forums say it isn't needed on a home machine, but I can find articles on serious crap you can get with Linux, too. Fraction of what hits Windows, but I don't want any at all if I can avoid it. One thing I really like about it is boot speed, never saw a windows machine start anywhere near as fast.
That's a good start, but you'll never win the battle of "nerdspeak" with it....even I understood that!

I could put everything I have on an 8TB. Have a 3 that's close to full, but it has a lot of duplicates in backups.

Al, saw a pic of a real early Harley with a tank similar to your build with a sidecar. You could give rides to kids and dogs. Maybe even a wife...
Hey, Mike....don't have much luck with sidecars. Only one ever to ride in it was my g'son and my daughter wasn't too happy with me taking him around the block.
