Dad, is 97 I only wish he was better at sharing his prospective of those years. I think, he thinks , it’s not important. Unlike his son , who thinks he opinions really matter .

My Dad was 62 when he passed, I was 27. He lied his way into the Navy in WWII.

 

My dad was trained as a signalman as he worked for Michigan Bell Telephone in the engineering department when he enlisted. He wound-up pitching softball on an Army ball team with some major leaguers.
