Oh yeah. And they even went so far this as to require cars to have adequate snow or all season tires depending on the type of car. They're talking dedicated snow tires for 2-wheel drive cars and trucks and all season tires for all wheel drive vehicles. First year for that, so they're still working out enforcement kinks and all that.

Nope ... I don't need one ... this unit has just enough heat for me ( the cover is still is in the package in the overhead compartment
