Hey Timbo! Just trying to keep what little of my sanity is left.

Beth's family gets together right before Christmas to make a ****-ton of tamales. Neither Beth or I like them but we like red & green chili

From scratch definitely the only way for many things.

Tim, it was basically a shitshow, but we managed to get the big stuff and lot of the small stuff moved. Hard to imagine how much **** a 27 year old can amass in a year and a half.
