Steep learning curve. Happens a lot to big dudes. And beginners sometimes feel they need to sacrifice their body trying to maintain form. Sometimes you just have to fight to make sure you don't get hurt.

 

Yes. Good group of guys. They always help me improve but they can also go harder with me and it takes more skill to handle a larger guy. It's an awesome sport with a near vertical learning curve. Excellent workout as well
