I had my first and last experience involving Ludafisk in Solvang just up the road from here. A little dutch tourist town. Cool spot. Didnt like Ludafisk. Sorry.
Lou, it’s a acquired taste= don’t like it at first but the more you eat it you become to like it. NOT!!

If he doesn't mind. I know sometimes they don't like to share their recipes. They're very hush hush about them. I'm not planning on marketing, just for my own use.
