Hah! Cheryl, no ****, suggested an elevator! I just gave her the "are you insane?" look and left it at that. Here's today's progress -
I cut all of the parts necessary to install the stairs today, so now it's a matter of assembling and finishing.
Admittedly, it doesn't look like much. But a lot of planning went into those two stringers.

Fortunately the drinks are located above the ladder Russ. It's all about the planning.

Way more work than I would have imagined. Then cutting four and getting them to match up perfectly was a challenge. After that was glue, 6 inch lags, and clamps.
