The "blessing" worked. The frozen rain/sleet stopped and now it's snowing!

Guy turned me down when I offered the Ultra, said he’d have to charge me more. I’m just cleaning up some spots that needed a touch up. He’ll be back to paint the garage door when it is replaced.
