The gates opened for the 3rd period and the Avs were on fire. They out skated the oilers. Oilers were standing on their feet. I shut it off after the fourth goal. A well deserved win for the Avs.

Is what I've seen from the Avs recently as well. A lot of standing around and watching. If they play with just a little more energy than they have been, and fire the puck at the net, they score and win. Been taking too many shifts off. Frustrating to watch as they now have a goalie good enough to carry them and a decent, not great, defense.
