They fine you. Around Christmas time people get nailed because our regular trash cans are too small and people stuff their blue big. I have not gotten in trouble yet.

Evenin Woods! Went to the movies to see Playing with Fire. It was funny. Benjamin and I laughed a lot. Beth and Nataly saw Frozen 2. It was an expensive but fun time

How do they know you didn’t wash the recycles? Do they go through the bags before they pick them up or put your address on the bag?
Im with Al. If they are babies about not having “clean” recyclables then in the garbage it goes. They are getting something for free and making millions. Pretty sure they can wash cans to earn their money.
