Only on line... I limit my physical shopping to Harbor Fright, HomelyDepot, Lowest and sometimes Sammies....and that's when it's not holiday season. I have expanded though.waiting on a package from China.

I've read it's not a good idea because it affects the torque value, but that's why I use anti seize anyway. Never had a problem, just check the torque again when it turns freezing, supposedly aluminum wheels can cold shrink enough to loosen the nuts, though I've never had that happen. Were you using an impact, air or electric? My 1/2" air impact has never had a problem breaking them loose, although with 120 psi (highest I give it, compressor goes over 200), it has pounded a few seconds occasionally. That's a damned tight nut when it does that, it'll pull a 100ft/lb nut easy.

Problem here in extremely salted country is the damn wheels seizing on the hub, get the nuts off but a sledge hammer won't take the wheel off. I got so desperate once I loosened all the nuts till they were just off the wheel, rolled the car slowly and hit the brakes; thud, it's loose. I've taken a couple more off that way since, breaks them loose every time. Just don't back the nuts off far, might damage the stud threads. And 5mph, not 50.

Took a vet friend out to lunch today, poor guy has to use a walker, had knee replacement surgery a couple weeks ago and can barely get around, not supposed to have that kind of pain but he does. He asked if we could go out, getting stir crazy stuck in the house. Hope I never need a walker, sure is slow getting around. He also went back in the hospital last week, turned out to be a blood clot in a lung, on blood thinners now. Guy's in scary health, also has diabetes, I've never been near that bad. Over 60 and still riding, it's a blessing, so many guys get health issues by then they couldn't ride if they wanted to, some can't even drive. Markus, if you read this, hope you're not stuck where you are, I know it really sucks, sounds like you're taking it better than I would, my ex would tell you when something really slows me down, I'm a bit of an *******. Yeah, probably was, never took slowing down gracefully.

Mick, kind of you to say that. Kindness matters...even Bob's Prius has a sticker to that effect.

Every Prius has a 'What a Wonderful World ' bumper sticker in one form or another.
