Wife still hasn't settled on a pistol. That's her Christmas present. Getting her a squirt gun in Lue of the real thing. Once 2019 starts I won't be buying ammo in Kalifornia any more.

Tim, it is to hold them together and also to keep them from cooking together into one big lump when you steam them.

Lou, I've never heard of a desert tamale. What was in it?

Like a regular tamale but with a fruit and stuff filling. They are reserved for special occasions.
