Larry got it. Boss got the axe. It's too bad. I liked her and she was a hard worker. Probably too nice and she wasn't getting the respect needed for the position. I'm sure she'll get replaced with a real ball-buster.

I asked the new boss if there was anything about the team that needed to change that may have contributed to her demise. He said only a new leader. I'm the wrong gender and/or race to be her replacement. I'm 100% okay with that. I want to stay as far from corporate as I can.

 

No, she'll be replaced. This company is very management heavy. I like the guy I spoke with this morning. We get along great and I would be happy to answer to him. But he's a numbers guy and they need someone to herd us cats spread out over the country.
