Which is why they remain high. Just gotta find the right service department

Let's see if the youngest grandkid will leave me alone for a few minutes. Back yard was white this morning, but it didn't survive the first hour of daylight. I didn't say sunlight, it's hiding. After delivering and unloading a truck & trailer load of wood yesterday, I feel surprising good today.

That doesn't sound good. Never thought of that before, but my fiberglass cover also holds the tailgate from opening, makes me feel better now. Lotta folks think Dodge suck for reliability, but I've known folks that liked theirs and never had a problem, and I'd take that Hemi over the other V8s.

I trust everyone to meet my expectations, that's why I'm never disappointed.

The dealership did not disappoint! After what was a relatively short time to complete the 4 service items, I figured things were looking up and walked outside to where my truck is parked only to find it wet from being recently being washed. They were obviously following their standard customer delivery script but no one seemed to notice that the truck was clean because I had hand waxed it yesterday. I spoke with the service manager briefly and he apologized all over himself and offered to have his “detail guy” go over it and I asked if it was the same guy who just washed it? Where he looked down and said “yes......”. I told him thanks but no thanks that I had things to do today.

Got the smoker out, going to try smoking a turkey breast on the pellet grill today but I have to roast some garlic first for the butter for injection purposes. Let the day drinking begin......

Just realized I got a different grandkid today, this one was quiet, often cheerful, for 4 hours before falling asleep peacefully.
