10lb air, submerge it and look for bubbles, best way I know, gas tanks do have some pressure on them from gas fumes..

Haha! Yes my buddies suit is a 42. He's grabbing one from the base. Probably from someone flying a helicopter.

Ok...trying to figure out how to get the air in there.. Can seal the cap and go in through the petcock bung but have to figure out a one way valve for there...hmmmm.....
