I read that too quickly ... I thought it said you made her strip in New York last night !
Morning Damon, Russ, Markus, Al, Doc, and Larry!
Good weather here too. Sixties and sunny. I'm hosting a BMW tech event and it will be much warmer than the last one I had on Jan 19 at 15 degrees and snowing.

I had the DEF heater go out on my truck. I have an ESP, so off to the closest dealer. I had to make an appt to get it in the shop and dropped it off on Thursday morning, the dealer shuttled me down to work which was very cool. Service rep calls and says front brakes need replaced and the coolant needs flushed - but they are still working on the ESP paperwork - computer problems with Ford and themselves.
'Cool - do the brakes while you have it on the lift - let me know status on the ESP at some point.'
Kid calls me yesterday and lets me know the brakes are done but the ESP paperwork is still in the ether - I can come get the truck for the weekend. I show up all prepped to pay on the brakes and he tells me that he is going to have to get back to me some time later on the ESP and not to worry about paying for the brakes today. It was the strangest thing ever, I would have thought they would want some cash right away for the brakes. I guess it is because I am coming back someday for the DEF heater - and they feel like they are inconveniencing me with the multiple appts?
Long pointless story but I thought they are being really chill about the whole money thing.
