Yes, made elk sausage. But the sausage gun broke so I was able to make 20 sausage sticks and pressed jerky out of the remainder of the burger meat.

Morning Doc, about 45 here this morning, brrrrrrrrrrrrr!
GF got off to Copenhagen yesterday, made me some chili for dinner last night and had a quiet evening!
Stinking maint. reqd light came on in the truck yesterday, time for an oil change and tire rotation I guess...................
