I always set a budget when I start a project, then watch it go down in flames

 

I have a budget too. $300 a paycheck goes into an account and whatever the truck needs or the tool I need to do it, comes from that budget. There's no price limit lol. Can't have one.

 

We understand but post a pic of the big bust before you go.

 

I'm still working to keep this build under $15k, not including the price of the car. But I'm expecting at least $4k on the engine now, $3k for the transmission and another $4k for the rear axle. That still leaves body/paint/interior. Oh well, do it once and do it right
