TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Morning Russ, Al, Doc, Greg, KR, Larry, Mick, Rick, Terry, Tim and Lou!
Mick.....sad but true.....I have not seen a cherry in a while. But then again, some people used to call Cheryl "Cherry" as a kid, so maybe not. She also goes by Cookie, Pow, and Pau Hana. I guess no one calls her by her name but me.

Cookie..I see that, cute, perky, etc.
Pow..based on rib crushing experience I am sure your preferred handle for her
They're doing fing fine...silly & bossy. I'll let the Woods figure out which is which
Indeed Russ. I still need to finish the sliding doors. I didn't get to the weather strips ;ast night. Hopefully quick work but I have to fully remove the sliding panel and it's 47 degrees so I'll wait until it warms up a bit.
Then onto the front door I posted. Should hopefully go more quickly as it's prehung. We'll see.
She actually took surfing as a class at UCSD, but Pau Hana, which loosely means - Day over, let's party - was given by her father who thought it just meant "All done". He figured he was his last kid. But, he remarried and had Chery's younger half sister - Hana Ho - A new start. The family was big on going to Hawaii and some of them still live there. My take away is the man had a crystal ball because Day over, lets party pretty much sums it up. He was quite a character. He was one of the 5 Never missed a Superbowl guys in theVisa commercials. He passed a few years back though.
Pow is short for Pau Hana, and also fits because she hits (and knees) like a guy. Cookie is what all the kids were called in school. You can do the math on that one but it has to do with the last name.

Morning, Tim. I believe your apology for your eyes and fingers not working together was rather weak.

Morning Mick.
I feel the word sorry is over used and without seeing the sincerity in my eyes, the feeling wouldn’t have any effect.
