Must have been around 20 years ago, couldn't peddle uphill any more, then after taking glucosamine daily for a while, could peddle again. Can't go long without it since without the knees going to hell. Read the liquid stuff works better than pills, tried that starting last month, and just this past week have been more flexible when getting up in the morning than in the past few years. How stiff could I get? Had some mornings I had to walk around a bit before I could bend enough to get my socks on; this week hasn't been an effort to dress immediately out of bed. Just hope this continues, I hate that old man stiffness.

Just so you folks that met her don't forget what Audrey looks like, here she is beside some pond with her husband a couple days ago. Maybe just because I'm her Dad, but I think he's an incredibly lucky guy. He thinks he is, too.

I am doing my part, Russ. I am about to start a pan of cornbread to go with the carne con chile Sherri is making.
Afternoon, guys.
Sitting here recuperating from the flights, trying not to take a nap so I am good and tired when we go to bed.
