PVC..... No, I bought a bike because of the frame design, thinking that I could use most of everything on the bike. The more I research and get closer to what I want to build, I'm finding out that I'll be using the frame and probably very little else.

Ought to be fun. Did you sort out the air leak on the Kawasaki?

It's much better but not 100% yet. There's one brass jet up inside a brass tube that I could never get out for fear of ruining both pieces. Were all ultrasonic cleaned, carb cleaner, wired....I'm thinking that's the only thing it could be. Problem is, if i ruin it, i may ruin the carb and they're impossible to replace. I may wake up one morning and say " Screw it" and go after it. it is driving me nuts, though.

No, Keihin CVB carb. They only used this for a couple years, then changed to a different Keihin which means they're hard to get. last resort is to send them out to be rebuilt, but I don't feel like spending $300 more on this bike
