TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
It's been super hot down there and with getting the grass going, it has been some expensive water bills.
How are you Stan?

Not too much since the house #1 and house #2 fiasco started...... but there is hope for this Saturday :-)
We take possession of house #2 a week from Thursday and then it will be full bore move over the next couple weeks.
Let the circus begin! LOL

Took a half hour afternoon nap this afternoon, can't remember the last time I did that, probably a couple or three years ago. Felt pretty good, should do that more often. Sam's Club run, lotta foreign languages and accents in that place. Several burkas, hadn't seen that for a while.
All the birds I've seen in my yard this year would be less than I previously saw at one time most days in the past. 5 or 6 robins, one goldfinch, one humming bird, one crow and less than a dozen sparrows. For the whole summer - no doves, bluejays, cardinals and an assortment of others I've seen on a regular basis before. Less than 20 birds seen in the garden all year, that's really strange. Anyone else notice an absence of avian critters this year? Are squirrels and rabbits next? (I'd like that!)
