Bob, my filter between my brain and mouth hasn't been working well lately either... Case in point: Last week my wife went to farmer's market and bought some fresh stuff including *&^%^&* zucchini ( yeah, she actually paid money for that crap). She made baked *&^%^&* zucchini , slices it in half, scoops out the crap inside and fills it with a mix of bread crumbs, seasoning,oil , cheese. The filling is really good. She puts two 1/4 pcs on my plate at dinner. I calmly scrape the filling out and put the squishy *&^%^&* zucchini back on her plate. She sys ' What are you doing, that's your vegetable?"..I answer " I don't eat zucchini".. Now, yesterday, she has all sorts of ingredients out on the counter including chocolate chips . I ask "What are you making?"..She says " Chocolate chips cookies"...I say " You're not putting zucchini in them are you? "..She says ' No, I'm not cooking any more zucchini, you just waste it "...this is where my filter malfunctioned ....I reply, " Finally, Thank God!!"..she wasn't amused.

 

I have reflexes like a cat Markus. I dodged the Saran Wrap box with ease.

I don't know Al.......we're honest with them and they aren't happy. We lie, they aren't happy. There's simply no pleasing them.

 

It can't be us, so it must be them... " Tell me the what I want to hear, even if you have to lie to me, but don't lie to me"...

Bawb, sounds like the live in has an allergy all right...allergic to work. Been there, done that.

Matter of fact I lived it this morning with my son.

 

In his defense, olive oil is slippery.

 

Yeah.....it's a common affliction it seems. I've decided to up the "discomfort" levels here. It involves a 4 hopur per day commitment of basically busting *** for room and board.
