In a related story the Associated Press is reporting the stock of Consumers Energy took a nose dive today when an influential citizen got smooth up their *** about their customer service. We actually reported the story under the headline....HEY, WAIT YOUR TURN, *******...but our editors felt a change in wording was in order so we softened it to a somewhat less confrontation heading and ran the story as....WE'LL BE THERE WHEN WE GET THERE.
