How does the school division pay? Per mile, per day, per kid? Up here, it’s paid by the run. Longer of a run, more money. So basically per km of the run.

Yep ... Based on run time ... Mine is the longest in the district at 32 hours per week at a whopping $20.00 per hour plus some "fringes" ... at this rate I'll be poor in no time :>)

Damn cows on the road this morning coming out of the neighborhood, Ft. Worth Police we’re busy trying to round them up so they wouldn’t let me through on the bike. Had to go the other way....
