No. I often have to wash my truck windshield after a light rain, gets a layer of dried mud. Very thin, yes, but it's enough to look dirty. I think it comes from all the rock and sand quarries around here, lots of them. Leave the windows open, doesn't take long to get dust on all horizontal surfaces in the house.
