Mornin, Woodies. Got about 4 hours sleep last night but a bit before 5:30 was wide awake and gave up trying to get any more. Happens occasionally, guess that's another old age thing.
Birthday party for granddaughter this afternoon, 3 years old already. I'll give her a package of cheese crackers, she likes those. All 3 houses she lives in have an abundance of toys, no more of those. Same for clothes.
Chuck, a racket car dealers have here (some anyway) is advertise one that sounds too good to be true. Ad will say to ask for Bubba and whoever picks up the phone says he's out, they can help, and come on over for a test ride. Get there, and too bad, just sold it. I drove 20+ miles once and after I ditched that salesman, asked another one if they had that kind of car, no reference to the ad. He said they hadn't had one like that since he'd worked there. I don't waste my time with dealers any more, get better deals from private sales anyway, if you're buying used.

I have the ac running sometimes when the outside temp is in the 50s. House solar heats during the day and can be 20 degrees warmer than outside at night without it. Just too much noise, smoke, dust and other air pollution to open windows here, only place I've lived with dirtier air was Phoenix.

I have the ac running sometimes when the outside temp is in the 50s. House solar heats during the day and can be 20 degrees warmer than outside at night without it. Just too much noise, smoke, dust and other air pollution to open windows here, only place I've lived with dirtier air was Phoenix.
