I get a "company" car and don't get to ride to work often. Actually, kinda sucks.

 

Kind of right down the middle. We are changing ticketing tools. The previous tool is being sunset on the 28th. However we weren't made aware of this until the beginning of the month. So we had to board to a new tool, get IDs, get into the tool and document how it works. On top of that we have tickets in the old tool that run past the 28th that will have to be copied to the new tool. And there is just no easy way to copy other than copy/paste from one tool to the other.

 

Whatever you just said sounds like it sucks, Marcus.

Al, I think I got this....

They have a new whatchamacallit to replace the existing thingamajig. There are dohickeys on the thingamajig that won't expire on the 28th so in order to use it on the whatchamacallit they have to copy it. That is assuming they have their whatchamacallit credentials.

 

I believe I handled this in my subsequent post.

 

Ok, now I get it. Nothing worse than when your dohickey expires.

 

I strained my thingamabob once. That was bad.
