Yeah, if he runs it will be a formality. Last week he was saying that he couldn't do what he needed to do as a Senator, so he wasn't gonna do that.
But if he runs, Gardner is very vulnerable. A guy that hasn't done much really and has equivocated his positions at times in order to appease the people that won't vote for him anyway.
