Paula and I rode to Edmonton to deliver our SIL sweater that they left here on the Aug long weekend. We were in TR while they stayed at our house for a wedding.
It was a good enough reason to go for a ride lol. And Paula really wanted to go. 670 miles return trip.

 

Edmonton has been having a very shitty summer. Everyday they have had some rain. I guess the in laws can count on one hand how many sunny days they’ve had.

 

Goodness. Hopefully it'll be nice when Glo is there.

 

Was the snow anywhere near your condo up there?

 

Hope so. Won’t be any snow. Maybe rain. Hoping for a nice fall.

 

No, it was way north on the Alaska highway. Steamboat Mountain.

 

And a week ago they were complaining about too much heat up in Alaska.

 

We’ve had a better, warmer summer than Central AB.

 

I haven't smelled that smell of Autumn yet down here, but I know it won't be long.
