Almost twice the calories, more carbs, less protein and over 6 times the sodium. I'll take the beef, thank you. Of course the sandwich will have way higher totals for either, with the white bread, more sodium, sugar and carbs. If I was worried about all that stuff, I'd eat more kale and fish. Wait, I do eat kale and fish...

I have an XP desktop at least 15 years old that's as fast as it was new, never had a problem. Never been on the internet, either... Outlasted at least 4 networked XP's, 2 7's, one Vista (the Vista lasted a week or two till I put XP back on it, what a **** system, couldn't stand it). If the coming Linux machine lasts that long, I probably won't be around to see it.

Same old stuff. No drama, just the way we like it.
