What happened with page 1019?

 

The most current update:
Purchase agreements signed on new and old.
Awaiting inspection results for FHA lender on old.
Awaiting radon test results for lender on old.
Having done a lot of my own wiring in the basement remodel, in fine and correct fashion I might add, I'm interested to see the potential impact on the FHA lender inspection. Somewhere over the course of 18 years of residence I failed to have it inspected.
Spank me now or later!

Other side. Definitely needs new pipes

 

It's little dirty thanks to riding through the rain for about 20 miles, but in pretty good shape for a 24 year old bike. The fellow that had it kept it stored inside

 

Cylinder paint will be re-touched. Mebbe a new cam and intake later when I recover from the cost of buying it

 

Straight pipes on it right now. Pretty loud. I think I'll get it out and annoy the neighbors for a while later
