.I'm sick of these FKING dirtbags that come out here and rip off the elderly with their BS seal coat or chip seal driveways that they charge 10k for. These people are gullible and are extorted into giving them the money. The worst part is, there's little recourse. These people get no information we can use to track them down. We have caught a few, but most get away and get caught elsewhere.
