Been running around as of late. Been in and out of here some or a quick read and that is about it.

 

I took it that way as well. I reversed it on him and said I would sign right now if he came back with a great price. He said he would. It was 13 grand, which imo, isn't great. So I told him no, I would need more quotes. He seemed astonished that I said no and said "Well you gotta do what you gotta do." Thanks for your permission I thought. What I did say was if he would do it for ten grand I would sign. Nope. No dice. That's okay.....I can wait.

Problem is, I've contacted 4 of these ******** and he was the only one to show.
