Cooper tires, put new Coopers on my truck for the Arkansas trip. Lot quieter than the Goodyear Wranglers that were on it. Haven't spun the Coopers yet, the Goodyears squawked real easy. Didn't even have many miles on them, probably less than 5000, just didn't like them. So far I like my Coopers. Even have a Cooper car tire on one of the sidecars.
I would love a truck just like that. Love the color and I'm a huge fan of the 60s GM trucks. Very nice!

Little dryer, nice breeze today, spent a few hours outside, then over an hour standing in the kitchen, cleaning, chopping and stuffing rhubarb into 3 quart ziplock bags. Knees took the yardwerk just fine, but sure ached after standing that long in the kitchen. Charged the van battery, haven't started it in at least a month, modern batteries don't like sitting months at a time.

Nice thing about a '65, no electronics to deal with, unless it's had an electronic ignition installed. Easy to work on, no mysteries when it comes to fixing something. My '04 needs a fuel vacuum relief valve and/or relay, and probably an air bag sensor. Little parts with Harley prices...
