Burt Rutan's company is building this, scavenged a lot of parts off two surplus 747s. Will carry a spaceplane, or rocket to a high altitude liftoff. They can get away with that slab sided fuselage because only the cockpit is pressurized. Probably has the most unused space in it of any aircraft ever built.
