Chance of rain in the Northland this morning.
The best thing about today is we are to review two offers on the house after work today, that our supposed to be in from last week's viewings.
It has surprised me how attached you can get to a certain place after almost 20 years, despite its deficiencies.

"Red" has a "treasure trove" of items that are essential to our everyday life and well being ... Many are in those rubbermaid / tote containers patiently awaiting that day, no not moving day, but the day that their "essentialness" might arise ... So far that day hasn't arrived ... :<(
