Gotta leave pretty soon, making a patch for a hole a squirrel dug in the side of Carol's house. Supposed to be a hot & humid day. Ground is still wet from a downpour yesturday. Weather guessers said slight chance of a shower... At least I got the gr*ss mowed first. Then it clouded up in minutes, and got the hay bales covered just as it started. Be glad when I'm back home alone this afternoon, get more done when I'm alone. Or rest better, either works.

Nice, John. I once bought a whole 240Z for $100 to get the carbs that were worth $200 used, Guy wouldn't just sell me the carbs that I needed. Sounds like same kind of deal.
Well, couldn't go for the ride today. Bike was running really rough but I don't know why yet. New plugs and oil and the exhaust gaskets are smoking, but that's normal.
I'm wondering if the old fuel went bad while sitting? I figured the flush of the tank would clean it out. So maybe injector cleaner? And I didn't put dielectric grease on the new plugs. So I'll start there unless you have another suggestion.

I had another thought. When I reinstalled the petcock. The line felt like it was getting caught at the last couple turns. Maybe I linked that line and the low fuel in the tank is causing low pressure now, but didnt last night because I had more fuel.
I'll pull the lines out of the tank and see.
