Knives... I have some Calphalons, including some of their Asian style, like those because the handles are wider than most and flat on top. Have a Chef's Choice electric sharpener, never used knives before as sharp as that gets them, love that thing. When it's garden picking time I can use the knife so much it needs sharpening a couple times in a session. Not that it gets dull, but that gentle swipe that lops pieces off will need a little sawing motion to get started after dozens of whatever, slows me down. Carol has found out the hard way you can never get careless with a really sharp knife a couple times. They go deep so damned easy. Carol has Wusthofs, sharpens those up fine, too, better knives than mine.
