In the past we've shared info about relatives who served. My great uncle, Paul Bevers, was a B24D Aircraft Commander in WWII.

380th Bomb Group, 530 Squadron known as 'The Flying Circus'. One of his crew donated his flight jacket to the USAF museum.

It's been a banner day. Rode to work (and got paid mileage), and Cheryl and I just got back from a lovely evening cruise. A perfect night for riding.

I am now enjoying a Pinot Noir (pinky out) on the deck while the Dem debate spools up inside. I got a look at the first few - Middle isle Montana guy, chick who hits 11 on the moon bat scale, the bald guy with crazy eyes, and the Al Gore clone. What a circus. Even Cheryl said "Who the hell are these people??"
