Ok, reason that I'm asking is that I have 1 12k unit in garoffice, almost 500 .sf.. R21 in walls , R30 in 10 'ceiling and it seems to struggle to get it in the lower 70's on 90 degree days. Just got it last year, if i had another place to put it, I'd get rid of it and put a bigger one in...
