Haha....well... g'morning to you. For some strange reason, i found myself looking up various types of plants for the front yard...landscape design guy sent ma a first rendition. Of course, my wife has a list of changes. Should be simple as we don't need many...yeah right! my only requirement is low maintenance.

Al, you are gonna crap when ya see the price of some of those 'designer' plants. I have a recommendation....drive around a lot with a shovel at the ready.

Yep, I hear ya. I've seen , over the years, a problem that comes up with a lot of projects, especially when I was doing a lot of car shows. It seems like the last 5% of a project can make or break the entire project. People have a tendency at that point to either get aggravated, run out of money or just rush to finish it. Unfortunately, that's the part that every one sees. I've put a lot of time and effort in it to worry about what it's going to cost to put the finishing touch on it. The dog won't miss not having a couple meals a week......buahahahhaa
