Thawed out the AC to see if it will now work it's cooling magic.

If we could have traveled home at night I think we would have been saner. Today is definitely a recovery day.

Funny how the works right? When I hit that wall of cool air (87 degrees down from 100) it felt like heaven. Then it just kept dropping, which was a great thing especially since I had to pullover and suit up.

The wall is all over my lawn. It occurs to me that heat was a factor seeing as it's an asphalt driveway. But it had been undermined by rain, freezing and thawing, and erosion in general for decades. This was just the final straw.

We'll start gathering quotes and designs. Last one I had was $35k. I'm hoping to improve on that.
